Ok, just kidding...this isn't my house:( Did you check out the "library room", oh to die for!! I love this house! The kitchen is beautiful, and the barn would be perfect for Dave's shop. I'm buying a lotto ticket tomorrow, unlike Dave tonight, I'm feeling lucky.

hey Mom, if you only could sit on this house's front door step, you can hear the river across the street, so every night you'd always have the comfort of the water talking to you, it's not the ocean, but it's close enough..
That house is truly a jewel, and was actually rehabed very nicely. But the prices here are high by interior FL standards, although dear friends of mine are moving out of park housing and are having a difficult time finding a house for under $210,000.00 in Lake County. I feel very fortunate to have gotten our house for the price we did. And Kris, when I was dating Scott Corcoran, he and I looked at your house and loved it, but we broke up and that's history, but I love your house.

If I could pick it up and move it... oh well thats not going to happen, I like being in the hub of it all I just wish I had a front or back yard, I have either both and no one knows which is the front or back. You did good today with the yard work, can't wait to see it all done!
