Looks like coreopsis to me, and if you don't want them that tall just cut them back now and they'll keeping blooming but not so tall. Don't cut them back too much though. Oh yeah, good morning!!!
I think I did cut it back last year, Charlie is so mad at me, he gave me 1/2 of his and now his is one stalk and about 2 feet tall, mine is huge!! I can't wait to get the purple flowers on it!
