Although I didn't get a picture of them because they flew off, I did manage to get a picture I thought we over look everyday walking into my office. An old well that sits there unnoticed.
Jimmy's pond has two new Canadian Geese that landed this week, I was going to get some pictures of them this weekend. Since he is in TX now, he won't be "chasing" them away with a bullets like he did last year.
While I admit to hollering an occasional "shut-up!" I don't think he picked it up from me. He said it so concisely and usually when they just learn something it takes a bit before they enunciate it clearly.
He was saying "hello" to Dave, and when Dave said it back Harley told him to shut-up. Ha! While I don't want to encourage this, it was funny.
Wow you guys have been busy on here today!! That is too funny about Harley Tellin Dave to shut up!!! I went to home depot to get some spray paint for my bike, ya know that one I paint a different color every summer in the yard? So then I came home to make that big shelf, I am putting up pictures now. What did you all do today?
I've spotted a few robins bobbing along in the yard. Haven't heard the geese at the swamp yet though...they should be back soon I think.

ReplyDeleteyes there is a grate built into it over the top and in the summer Ferns grow on the sides , I 'll get a shot of it this spring/summer

yes, still chuckling!! If my dogs could talk, they could definitely enuciate clearly a couple of interesting words .....
