I spent my day in a really boring insurance class, after I got out, I drove down to Old Wethersfield, I have been meaning to bring my camera for these old houses for a long time now, I finally remembered to do that. Sorry for the blurs and crooked looks but I was driving and cars were not happy about me stopping so much!!

Did I ever show you my Hartland Moose pictures?

I didn't own my big camera at the time, these were from 2005 I think, I was cleaning up Corey's old computer which used to be mine and I found a bunch of old pictures. There was a mamma moose with her baby over at Mrs. Shews pond, my friends kid who lives over near there kept seeing moose, so I said please call me next time, well he did, I drove over there like warp speed and there they were! It was quite the spectacle and there were about 10 people there watching them for a good 30 minutes before they took off into the woods.

It's a new year....

I am going to try and get out and see people more. I am always working and staying home, I do go out a lot but always to the same place and see the same people. Not that I don't like those same people, but a friend of mine just lost her boyfriend after he was sick for only a little over a month. She kept saying last year, come over for a glass of wine and hang out with us, yes I will...... I never did. I went to his wake the other day and I could barely look at her, she was so shaken and looked lost and said to us, Now what am I supposed to do? It made me cry to see how sad she was to lose her boyfriend and best friend. So I plan on bringing her a bottle of wine with a note and a request for her to call me to come over whenever she needs company and I am going to go, no matter what.

There we have it, I had no New years resolution but this will be mine now. Do you have any that you would like to share?
