Visit with my sisters & mom

My sister Barb moved to Sharon Springs NY a couple years ago. We went to visit her today and see where she lives, I know, a couple years is a long time not to go see her new place... I tried a few times but things got in my way... Today we all hopped in the car and drove the 2.5 hours and went to a fair in her town and had a nice visit. Someone deleted the pictures off my camera that I took of her ...Ahem....Cheryl......So there was no evidence that she went but she did and we all had a very nice time

I took this picture the other day with my brandy new 85mm 1.4 fix lens that I just got the day before. My brother, Nik and my sisters boyfriend Jeff were putting a much needed new roof on my Dad's old barn, he built this himself a long time ago. As I wandered around the back of the barn I just quickly snapped this picture. Which one do you like better, this one or the one below this post?

Whiteface Mountain, Wilmington, NY

This was one of my most favorite rides EVER! I seriously think this is the most beautiful place I have been. The view is 360 degree's and amazing. We must have hit it on a perfect day too. It reminds me of Norway too. If you ever have the chance to go here, I'd say go for it!! It's truly breathtaking and I was in such awe, I didn't even take that many pictures, I was so busy just walking around and looking at the view
