Well I just did my own taxes on line with Turbo tax, I must say it was painless and took me about 45 minutes, I owe the state and the federal owes me! I have always paid someone to do it for me, I just saved myself over $150 by doing this myself
I put down a couple of my larger deductibles that we had to pay but other than that we don't really have any medical bills. You should try it but only if you don't have a lot of stuff to deal with. I am a pretty simple "taxed" person. I thought Turbo tax was very easy to use and they give you hints that help you along the way
Can't wait til next year to do my own and get that little bit extra for not having to an accountant.
How ya doin? Did the boy scout dinner thing trying to sign up people for the clean up days; just guess how many people are signed up? The scouts and myself, what a waste of time. Oh well, live and learn.
That easy huh? I think I'll try it next year. We paid $185.00 to get ours done. Did you itemize stuff like medical bills?

ReplyDeleteI've never tried the online method - congratulations! Maybe next year when my situation goes back to "simple" again.
