The other day I went to my aunt thelma.s house to make. These Norwegian cookies. I don't even like cookies but I like to give them away. This recipe was my great Gramma hannahs
1 pound of butter, 4 cups of flour, 2 cups of sugar, 10 eggs and 2 teaspoons of Cardamom
You mix sugar and butter, add eggs, add flour and then Cardamom, then you have an iron you put them in, like a pizzelle (sp?) maker. remove while hot and roll or leave flat.
What's in them? Is the recipe a secret?
