I'm sorry I can't tell - but it has a pretty silhouette.
I checked on line of Gray catbird, and with the red/brown under the tail, which this one has, it is a catbird, usually I only hear them cry out like a cat, I never heard them sing so nicely!
I'd guess catbird too. They can be pretty talkative when they're in the mood.
