Snow day kept me inside painting yesterday...
I cut this shelf out of some scrap wood to look like the one you can buy on line from Viking wood crafts, mine free, theirs probably $25, I have not checked but that's where the book tells you to buy the shelf
These are both from John Sliney books, he's my favorite! I hope the recipient likes him too.

Wow! Great job!
You sent us a picture with those same sheep on it. ;)
Were you able to finish that all in one day?
Wow!! Snow days and Feeling-Lousy days are good for your creative muses!! The painting with the moon on the black background is particularly striking!!!
Kris you do such wonderful work, and so quickly, it is just amazing. I just don't have the talent or the gumption, ie. it has taken me 4 months to finish knitting the front of Caroline's Christmas sweater. At this rate, she'll get it on the 4th of July, two sizes too small. I hope you're feeling better.
Thanks everybody! I like to paint and it's a stress reliever. Maureen, I tried to knit, it's not for me, I just don't get it, that is hard stuff. I think Sudafed is like speed, I may be sick but after I take a Sudafed, I perk up and don't stop...
Love the shelf!! You really need to set up an online store and start selling your stuff!
Thanks Cherly!
Why I oughta.......
