Full moon try #2...

I 'm tired of trying. I found my tripod but I had more of a hard time tonight than I did last night getting a perfect picture so I played around with tHis one

Is it a full moon??

I seem to have lost my tripod so this is the best I could get of the moon tonight. If I can't find that darn thing I have to buy a new one and then you know I'll find the old one!

My sisters dogs

Lois asked me to take pictures of her dogs, the black one didn't sit still very long, actually not at all and it was so very cold Sunday when I met up with her, we kind of gave up...I'll try again another day

Snow Day

I grabbed my camera this morning figuring it would be good practice for me and my new camera, you can't imagine my excitement when a coyote ran across the road in front of me.  Ive seen them before but never had my camera or I used my cell phone which just does nt take good picture.  This was the best shot I could get before he ran off into the woods.  The rest are pictures from the town I work in and the ride I take everyday to get to work and of course my red squirrel friend..... he's not supposed to be able to get on my feeder because I got a new set up with a wire I never thought squirrels could shimmy across, well I was wrong!!

A flock of seagulls.

Nope not the band... Ok who remembers that? These seagulls were not shy but Teri scared them off for me so I could get a picture or two or three of them taking off. This new camera is so much faster than my old one

Ikea Trip

My friends Teri and Carmen went with me to Ikea on Saturday. This place is amazing. Good deals and so much to look at, too much even! Great place to go Christmas shopping or to get a new apartment dweller stuff or a college kid stuff. We're going back again for sure...

Long Wharf New Haven CT

After ikea trip we went across the street to walk on the pier. There was a ton of sea gulls. I'm still learning how to use my new camera

Field trip

A couple of my friends and I planned a trip to ikea today. It's about an hour drive from home, not too bad considering everything is at least 30 minutes from us. What a place this is... Overwhelming really. I spent $142 on stuff, I got dishes , rugs, candles, pots for plants, watering cans, bath mats, pillows .. Oh it was SO much fun, you could spend the day here and a lot of money!!!

Camera settings

I played with different setting this morning on my new camera . It's amazing what a difference by changing a few things, I didn't do anything to these pictures on my computer after I unloaded them
