Hump Day....

It's that time of year, Harley spends his nights outside chasing mice and moles and comes in at 6 am, eats breakfast and goes to his favorite spot all day napping

Still no red nasty beetles

My Hydrangea finally got flowers!!!! We cut that apple tree down and it gets morning sun, this is the first time in 8 years it got flowers

And there are more coming still

NY transplant, not sure what this is

Baby's breath?

Very hard to photograph, the flowers are so tiny

Cheap roses from the dollar store

They got some black spot

Walmart had a nice plant called Confettie

Hmmm what do we have here?

I went outside to take a few pictures of my garden but I came across Jethro acting funny, I thought he was choking until I noticed something under Ray's truck

A little visitor has been coming around, he or she usually runs away when I come home and find the three of them hanging around together

I thought I could get he/she to come over to me

But then he/she decided not, and ran down the driveway

He made it!!

Corey graduated from the 8th grade tonight along with 24 of his friends
this is a self portrait he did, they all made one , I was truly impressed with every single one of them how talented they are

Awe shucks! he's so darn cute

Me, Corey and Big Gramma!

Corey's Godmother, Kelly, also my bestest friend

We don't see each other much now a days but when we do it's still like we are in highschool

Always joking and having fun! A nice night for everyone. I am still up, waiting to go get him at the dance so it's a late one for me

Today is the first day of summer and the longest day of the year

The bee's are still outside working and so is my neighbor, mowing his lawn at 8:30pm.

NY roses are happy this year

No red bugs Cheryl, do you have them?

?

Not sure what this is but it grew a lot this year

Priscilla, oh great weed identifier

What is this??? I have them all over the place, not sure where they came from and they don't do anything but crawl up everything, including other plants

Back to the daily grind...

These pink roses came from the house in NY, I transplanted them years ago and never got any flowers, last year I moved them to the front of the shed and now they finally got some roses growing

Foxgloves hanging on but the rain and the weight of these just can't stand up any more

Lori this came from you, I didn't know it sprouted a flower

The peonies took a beating from the rains too

Have a nice weekend

I'm off to NY for Americade today. I am not bringing my computer this time so I'll have to put up the pictures when I get home. Hoping the rain stops and we get some nice weather this year.
This is my niece Kasey and Corey the other day, always buddies :)

Lots of rain storms lately

I don't like to cut my garden flowers but these were smashed from the recent rain storms so I figured I would make a vase and bring to work to brighten up the office

Stroll around the yard this morning

Peony and an ant. I hate ants but they don't seem to do any damage to peonies

Last of the iris up in the shady part of the yard

I don't have much luck with these but I have this one open and a couple more buds

Roses are not my favorite flower in the garden. These came from ocean state cheap lot and are doing well except for the leaves getting lacy
