Cabin in the woods

I noticed this little cabin in the woods one day on a road in Hartland, there is a stream in front of it and it's down a pretty steep bank, farther down the road is a gate but it's all overgrown. I asked my cousin Jim and he said back in a war, some war guy spies were hiding out in there. Does anyone know if this could be true.

Love the cabin! So no one owns it right now?

Hi Denise, I can't figure out who owns it, and it's hard to tell if it's in Hartland or Granby or Barkhamsted CT, the town lines are all right near it. I will keep my pursuit up!!

Intriging. If it costs 200 bucks or less I'll buy it for a country getaway!

Ah, the lovely forest and the cabin. Sigh .. It makes me think of baby girl at science camp .. (sniff, choke) ..

My first thoughts were to start visiting all the land records office for each nearby town to see who owns it - it might be bought for a good price - check to see if it's in arrears as far as the property taxes ....

What are war guy spies ??
