I started a new hobby, it's called Punch Rug, much like punch needle but bigger and you use yard not floss for crossstich and it goes much faster. I still have to put a border around the edge and make this into something but I am not sure what, a pillow, wall hanging? any ideas?

Thanks, yep it's sort of like Latchhook but you just use one continuous piece of yarn and I use wool yard.
That's fine-looking! You say one continuous piece of yarn? I'm assuming that's for each individual color - do you have to be careful about accidentally pulling stitches out? Do you have to do anything to stabilize the stitches into the backing?
It must be easier and quicker that having each piece of yarn individually cut and tied into place???
yes the same color is done at the same time so you can juts keep going off the skein of yarn, is that what you call a ball of yarn? Any how Punchneedle is a smaller version, I started that a few years ago, I think those are nicer but this is easier
no you don't have to tie it either, I will put up closer pictures so you cAn see how to do it
