I haven't even finished the other rug hook I started and I bought another kit, this one is a little smaller but I just couldn't help to start it because I also got a new hook and it's so much easier to use and does not hurt my hand like my other one does.

Looks like a similar color scheme and motif as the rug - this'll make a good companion piece for it.
If it's fun why not be working on one for each day of the week?
The one with the stars looks pretty draped across your ottoman ~ maybe you can use it as a slip cover of sorts for it when you finish.
