Up in Chipley, there is an old train station that is kept up and is being used for several activities.

The local Historical Society has its office in one end. Every weekend, the covered platform area is used as a local flea market - you have to go to City Hall to sign up for a date and an area but it is free.

A couple of years ago, I sold a lot of stuff from my closets there - most of the customers were the regular venders that swarmed over my stuff like a bunch of flies. I sold the stuff real cheap because I was more interested in getting rid of it than making $$.

Also, there is an actual working train track that goes from TX to Tallehassee - it goes east in the
AM and west in the PM - it literally stops all traffic in the town when it comes through.
