I can't believe neither of you have snow! CT is not that far from either one of you , so weird to me, Jennifer your flowers blooming is strange too! What a winter this has been already, I wonder what is going to happen for the rest of the season?
6 degrees?! BRRR!!!!! That is way too cold for me, yikes!
Back in the old days they would use just whatever they had around their home or farm to fix or make things. One of the things they did was use sawdust, wood shavings, and chips in pillows and sometimes even for the mattress. It's so very messy though. I made a smaller pillow to go inside my quilt block pillow and put the sawdust in the smaller one. Hope all that made sense, hehe. Thanks for stopping by my blog! =]
The closest thing to snow here in the FL Panhandle is a serious case of frost across the yard and meadows ~~ close enough to look like snow but without the sholveling that goes with snow!
