uh yeah this is nasty cold, booger freezing cold.... the birds are going crazy getting food

Is that the little bird with the fluffy pantaloons?
I like the idea of the window-mounted bird feeder - that might be a good option for me to twart my cats and still be able to see them feeding.
I got it at Walmart for under $10 and it holds 1 pound of food, it only took the birds a couple days to find it, they sit at the feeder and on the window ledge so Jethro sit on the inside and goes crazy.
