Thanks Cheryl & Priscilla, I thought I lost 5 lbs yesterday but I found them again! I don't care so much about the pounds, its more of the flabby fat I have would rather be muscle. P an hour is a bit too much , I like 45 minutes bettter but i hate to let a challenge go! I'm a stubborn Norwegian!!
The whole place is purple and yellow, aweful color combo but it's easy to understand and no one gawks at you. I have only been going a little over a week, I like it a lot
