Beautiful!! Congratulations on succeeding with transplanting it.
I just had a nice flashback to where we lived in northern New Jersey when I was a teenager. My mother used to have a huge lilac that grew just outside the kitchen window.
I just noticed that Harley is up there in the left corner!
Biddie, this tree was my grandparents so it has a special meaning too. They used to live here a long time ago and had quite a few lilacs but they all got old and gangly so we cut them down and I rescused this one
