Your tenent is fortunate to have someone like you that takes good care of the house. It has such a nice charm about it - I love all the different roof lines in it.
Thanks Biddie! I have had my share of dirtbags in there and I have become very picky as to who I rent to now. They just trash the place and leave me to clean up after them. This guy is single, in his 30's, from West Virginia and in the military so he is used to having to be neat. I am so glad I held out and waited. We both seem to work well together. He likes to be left alone and I don't bother him. I did sneak down there twice now to take pictures after he left for work. The driveway is over 300 feet long and you can't see if anyone is home till you get right down to the house. So this will probably be the last time I sneak there unless he needs something.
The roof lines are all so different because over the years it has been added on over and over again. It was my grand parents summer cabin, started out with 2 rooms and an outhouse. My sisters lived there and even David. I ended up with it last and had to buy out my ex husband but it was worth every penny to keep it in the family, there was no way I was going to let it go.
It looks wonderful! Such a little jewel in the woods you have there:)
Wow Kris. Very nice.
