Snowstorm

The birds always predict a storm, way better than the weather guys on the news

Jethro was so Mad I made him go outside. no litter boxes in my house so he really got upset with me scooting him out the door

Consignment Shop

I was asked to make things to sell on consignment at a store in New Hartford which is about 10 minutes from our house. There couldn't be a better high traffic place and such a nice town to do this in. I have dropped off a whole bunch of stuff I made in the last two weeks, I hope it sells like hotcakes!!

This is Jen, she lives next door and helps with the place, I met her before, she works in the exciting world of insurance like me!

Uncle Arthur, Gramma Ida and Grampa Elias, both my Dad's parents and Arthur was my Grampa's brother

Uncle Arthur, Grampa Elias and My Dad, Alfred Elias, David my brother got both of those names for his middle name

I think this is Albert, my Gramma Ida's brother, with Barb my sister on the left, then Palmer my gramma's brother with David and Lois- I was not here yet of course!

My gramma's family I think, she is sitting in the bottom right spot and I know her sister Josie is the top left spot, the rest I have no idea who they all are

Woodpeckers are back

Didn't take long for the woodpeckers to come back to the feeders.

I don't mind them eating the seeds on the ground, I don't like them shoveling food from the feeder into thier cheeks and hoarding it

Blue Jays are pigs in disguise!

For some reason, I love the noise they make, it reminds me of when I was a kid walking to school in the spring. Times were much easier and people seemed nicer to me then, stress seems to make people not so nice these days

Mr & Mrs Cardinal at our work feeder. Remember we had a dead Mr. Cardinal not too long ago? She must have found a new husband!

Bird Brain

Every once in a while I get these birds at the feeders, I don't mind one or two, but sometimes there are TONS of them, this one came by himself today, he was eating my new woodpecker suet feeder I just put there the other day. I have not seen any woodpeckers this year, which is my fault I hadn't been feeding them!
