Thank you Cheryl for having a birthday in August which happens to be the same month your guy comes to town!!!, I know I never told you this but you are the reason I like Neil Diamond, I never once thought about his songs until you came to my work and I listened to him because of you, so Thanks!!! now I will see him Live and I bet we are going to have a blast!!!

boy this picture really highlights the fact that I have not done any exercising since the fall. I need to get back out and work it baby so I can be "HOT" on that special August night.
