Is it going to rain again?

The multi colored Poppy

Carpeted Lawn

Not sure if I ever put up a picture of this Giant Hosta before, it's survived a few cars driving over it in the past!

These Peonies came from NY house

Love your yard - I have to really respect you gals for all the care and work that you put into them.

The huge hosta is fine! I have to keep my hostas in containers inside - the deer eat them completely down to the nubs.

Your multicolored poppy is fascinating - did you say that you thought it was a California poppy?

The ol' lady's shoe bird house is neat - it really makes you stop and look.

Your bleeding heart is a monster!! I've never seen a bigger one. I planted one of those hostas last year, I really like it & I should get more but they are really expensive! I have to wait until my gardening budget revives a bit :)

Thanks Girls
I think Cheryl & Moe said it was a Icelandic Poppy, I just think it's weird it has 3 different colors in it.
Cheryl I can't remember where I got that hosta but it just stays the same every year, never really takes over and gets bigger. I like it down by the road, I don't have to do anything to it!

Thanks!!! You guys all changed yours so I thought it was time I did too. Did you see my pics on Flkr? I got your message so I added all the zoo and garden pics, you have some good ones on there too, I guess you can only add so much for free then you have to pay, I tried to go over the limit!

Wow! your new format is excellent! The picture of Harley works perfectly with the Kitty-kitty theme.

Oh, I didn't know that you would have to pay...not sure if I'll keep posting pics on it as they are all on my blog anyway...so what's the point huh?

I can bore people twice as much with even more flower & frog shots!! Woohoo!!

Speaking of frogs...Beowulf is gone :( I think he went looking for love somewhere...

No you only pay if you go over a certain amount of pictures PER DAY not total. I didn't really read up about it but I think thats how it works
Sorry your prince jumped over to another pond :(

Wow, your garden and your yard look wonderful! You're right, you and I have the same plant. The one I have pictured is white, but it's the same flower.

Your hosta is a amazing!

Wow! Your garden is amazing! I felt like I was back in the botanical gardens on Kauai!

I like the birdfeeder too. The one you bought at Wal-Mart. My grandparents had one very similar on the porch of their cabin and it quickly became the feeding grounds for many hummingbirds:)
