Finally! I was able to get a picture, everytime I see a loon, we drive the boat over and they go under and pop up 50 feet away from us, this one didn't do that, he just swam around and made the erie call that they make, amazing!

I didn't march, I had to go somewhere right after the parade and I totally forgot to call the president. Oh dear, I am failing already !!
I absolutely love those wild calls of the loons. When I was a teenager, I spent the summers up in Northern Ontario - one of my fondest memories is listening to the loons out on the lake.
