Yes and even more funny, the time you had curlers in your hair and the fire alarm goes off and I told you that it was because you were smoking and you were not willing to go outside for fear of someone seeing you in curlers but you would rather die in a fire and let them find you dead in curlers, I guess that would be the only time you would be caught in curlers!!
Ok, I rethought that post!! I forget- :) And as we all know, when I was younger, I would rather have looked good, than felt good...Anyway, who was right in the end? No fire!!! I remember looking out the window, wondering if I should be really concerned, seeing how the fire trucks did seem to be pulling up outside the hotel..then thinking...no way..it couldn't be real.
I do miss those office trips, especially NY. That one year (when you and I were looking especially fierce...even though our feet hurt so bad!)..remember the scary place we went to? What do you think that back room was all about? The one with the vampire looking guy at the door...and remember the french place or whatever it was that hated us the minute we walked in? I do sometimes think one of the biggest mistakes I made was quitting the agency...especially in light of who I worked for next.
Those were the days!!! We had some fun and our feet hurt really bad, well mine did, stupid boots, had to have them! Well I think quitting was sad but in the end, you don't have to deal with the BS. Consider yourself lucky! No comment on king of the beach?!?!?!? You caught the last post so no need to worry. We have to behave even at our age I guess.
