He is much better now but he looks miserable. I feel so bad, I just can't do anything to make it better

Here you can see how swollen it really is by the size of his unhurt arm/shoulder, I told him he had arms the size of Arnold Schwartzeneger (Sp) and made him laugh a bit

It looks like he's also going to have some bruising on his chest right near his arm pit ....
