Does the urchin move around? Do you have to feed him?
He moves very slow and if you try to touch him or pick him up, his bristles fall out, when I put him in the tank a few fell out so I have not touched him since. I like him the best I think, I don't know what he eats but I have fish food and liquid food which is maybe what he eats, I also have liquid food for the live coral I have to feed with a syringe near each piece.
I've seen lots of his bigger cousins all about when I went on scuba diving trips down to the Carribean. I'm sure the liquid food won't interest it - they eat small slow-moving crustaceans off the bottom and they eat coral. They can be very invasive and destroy whole sections of the coral. Keep an eye on it so it doesn't decide to dine on your pretty corals. I don't know what food you can give it to keep it from snacking on your corals.
