Ole Kittlesen, 96 He died this morning. This picture was taken about 10 years ago He had 7 kids, 4 girls and 3 boys, (one of the girls died, and one of the boys died) There are 22 Grandkids and 49 Great grandkids ( I think I added correctly)
How are you doing, OK I hope. I'm sorry about your Grandfather. Dave is going over to your Mom's later to check on her, she was pretty shaky when he talked to her this morning. Take care, & once again I'm sorry for his loss.
I'm Ok, it doesn't really sink in with me until I get to the funeral. I have not talked to my Mom, Lois called, she said Mom was shaky too. He was a good ol guy!
I'm so sorry to read about your Gramps - Many hugs to you, Dave and your Mom.
I can understand what it must seem like to your Mom - when my last parent died, it was a big shock! Not only for the loss of the person themself but also with the radical change in the primal imprinting in my guts as to the structure and identity of my everyday world. Then the feeling that I was now part of the oldest generation, leading the "pack" for the rest of the younger family. It was a very lonesome, scary-sort-of feeling. I hope that the funeral goes smoothly and that you all are okay.
