This house came on the market in center of town, I would LOVE to buy it. Built in 1700's

Cable lines fell down due to a tree falling on them, we still have cable and internet though!!!

How much are they asking for that nice house?

$309,000, but it needs a new roof and some outbuildings are beyond repair I think, it has 3 acres and in the center of our town, well what we call a center. It looks empty so maybe they will take less. I have wanted an old house for a long time, Yes Cheryl thinks I am crazy but I LOVE her house. Oh and this is across the street from her Ex, I could spy for her, haa haa

Speaking of the ex, he actually admitted to me that the limo wasn't one of his better ideas, I almost fell on the ground. Maybe there's hope for him yet. He has another job he wants Dave to work on, I'm glad that after all these years everyone gets along. As far as that house~I used to sit on my front step & watch those folks brawl. One time I saw the older daughter's husband leap on her car hood as she was driving off..he fell off into one of those rhodie bushes. It was better than tv. As far as spying on Pete, I think it'd be more exciting to watch paint dry, although you could keep an eye on Nikolas for me :)

You know how much I like to be a spy!
I never saw anyone at that house, when we were kids we went there for dinner or something, I remember being really cold in there, I must have been 5 or 6 at the time.
The oldest daughter was in Dave's class, Cheryl was her name, how odd.......
