My crab died :(

No wonder why he was hiding, he was dead!! I found him under the rcok, pushed him with a straw that I connected three together so I didn't touch anything in there, I am so afraid I might hurt some living thing I don't want to put my hands in the water. But any how, crabby patty died, I will have to ask why that may have happened, too cold too hot, maybe he just didn't like his new home??

Sometimes they just croak on you, maybe the change was too much...you should name the next on "Crabby Pate" Ha!!!

Oh, I just thought about it, I guess you can't make pate out of crabs...never mind.

if you can find the crab's liver, you can ....

Those poor critters are so traumatized by handling, temp changes, water differences, etc. You are going to become a chemist with learning to get the whole saltwater environment setup - it's not easy. It might take longer than you allowed to get the environment settled in for critters. Have you had your water tested to see what you are dealing with at the very basic level?

We tested the water before we put the critters in there and I have had the tank for a week set up with water in it and just the one rock. They said it just happens sometimes. The snails ate the crab, or tried to, they are all so curios it's so neat to watch them
